Ericsson Completes BelAir Buy

Ericsson announced the completion of its acquisition of BelAir Networks, a North American WiFi company. The acquisition is intended to give Ericsson a strong carrier-grade WiFi portfolio, technological expertise, IPR, and established customer contracts and relationships.The former BelAir Networks' staff will be integrated into Ericsson's networks business unit over the coming months and will work under the Ericsson brand.
