TWC Upgrades WiFi with Ruckus

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) has deployed Ruckus Wireless' ZoneFlex family of Smart Wireless LAN (WLAN) systems to deliver high-speed WiFi throughout the 19,000-seat Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC. The deployment is in place just ahead of the 2012 Democratic National Convention, which takes place at the arena this week. The new net includes 120+ purpose-built, ZoneFlex indoor and outdoor WiFi access points with integrated adaptive antenna arrays.
