Paywizard has integrated its back office solution into Cisco's (NASDAQ:CSCO) Infinite Video Platform. The combined multiscreen solution was demonstrated at the NAB Show.

"Paywizard use big data and analytics to identify decision moments around how and when users make purchasing decisions," wrote Adam Davies, product marketing manager, Infinite Video Platform, Cisco, in a company blog. "Paywizard complements our data driven approach, enhancing the rich data we gather, store and analyze to generate deep customer insight."

Cisco's Infinite Video platform is designed to allow pay TV service providers to create personalized viewing experiences across devices. Integrating the Paywizard Agile solution is intended to allow operators to use Agile's DecisionMoments Dashboard to track the progress of subscribers through each stage of their customer journey, using insights to guide service entitlement and marketing promotions and offers.

Bhavesh Vaghela, Paywizard's CEO, said: "Pay TV operators employing Cisco's Infinite Video platform can use Decision Moments to engage prospects and subscribers in a highly informed way, combining transactional and CRM data with their own content consumption data to gain deep insight into their customers. This will arm providers with the customer intelligence necessary to trigger precise activity around each Decision Moment in the subscriber journey, helping them drive acquisition and reduce churn."
