Concurrent Repackager Gets Encryption

Concurrent has enhanced its eFactor product suite to include AES-128 encryption for integration with DRM technologies. Concurrent has completed integration with the Motorola SecureMedia Encryptonite ONE HLS+ for secure content distribution.eFactor is designed for delivering multi-format live or on-demand video to a variety of connected devices for content delivery networks and TV service providers. The newly released protection module works in concert with Concurrent's eFactor Transmux module, a software-based dynamic repackaging solution. Transmux is designed to enable on-the-fly repackaging of a single video asset to different HTTP adaptive bitrate formats.
