Liberty Global (NASDAQ:LBTYA) subsidiary C&W Business in the Caribbean and Latin America has introduced a hospitality TV solution, Next Generation Hospitality Interactive TV. It's intended to give hoteliers a larger selection of HD channels, updated channel lineups (including up to 80 channels), and a program guide to help guests find their favorite TV channel or specific hotel information such as restaurants, bars and local attractions.
The solution is designed to run over existing infrastructure, regardless of what type of wiring the hotel is using.
Two basic packages are available: C&W TV Lite (29 channels) and C&W TV Plus (67 channels), as well as add-on packs including Movie Pass, Kids Pass, Global News Pass, Sports Pass and Fox Pass. The solution also offers the ability to create a dedicated hotel channel to allow for communication of a variety of offsite and onsite programs. It also comes with 24/7 proactive monitoring and support from C&W, including remote troubleshooting.
