TWC, Verizon Wireless Team Up in Hawaii

Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) and Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) are expanding their co-marketing efforts to Hawaii. Customers on Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island can now purchase packages of Oceanic Time Warner Cable residential TV, Internet and phone services and Verizon Wireless smartphones and tablets from both companies.This year, Time Warner Cable and Verizon Wireless began joint marketing initiative in cities in Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, New England, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Both companies expect to launch the packages and services in additional Time Warner Cable communities in the coming months.
