Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) has expanded its relationship with apartment management company Cottonwood Residential. The new agreement between Cottonwood and Charter's Spectrum Community Solutions will bring wireless broadband and video service to more than 10,000 individual units within 24 months of Charter completing its combination with Time Warner Cable and acquisition of Bright House Networks.

Cottonwood is a multifamily-focused real estate operating company, managing more than 20,000 apartment units in 20 states. The agreement more than doubles the companies' current sales commitment.

Spectrum Community Solutions, which is focused on property owners, includes managed WiFi, video, voice, Internet and around-the-clock customer and technical support.
