ACA Connects, NCTC take 'The Independent Show' virtual for 2020

June 4, 2020
Given current challenges and concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, ACA Connects and NCTC announced that they are re-imagining this year’s event.

ACA Connects and the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) announced that the annual event for their member operators, The Independent Show, is this year transitioning to a virtual format, to be presented from August 25-27, 2020.

As explained by a statement released on the event's website:

"Given current challenges and concerns surrounding COVID-19, ACA Connects and NCTC are reimagining this year’s event.

So, while it may look a little different, the same purpose remains -- offering our community of members, suppliers, programmers and industry professional community education, insights and networking.

We’ll be broadcasting live from across North America in late August.

Join hundreds of independent cable and broadband operators as we uncover new strategies, share industry best practices, discuss regulatory updates and learn more about exciting suppliers, programmers and everything else that is important to you!"

Members can now subscribe at The Independent Show website to be the first to know when registration for the virtual event opens.
