Imagine Communications announced an alliance with Innovar Media Solutions under which the companies will integrate Innovar's ad automation solutions and consulting services to help Imagine customers migrate to new platforms for ad inventory management and optimization, traffic, and billing.

Imagine and Innovar plan to collaborate on integrated solutions and future products, including integrating Innovar's solutions suite into Imagine's xG Linear traffic and billing platform and its broadcast traffic and billing platform, Landmark Sales.
Innovar specializes in the automation of operational workflows, system integration and dynamic pricing. Its portfolio of products already integrates into Imagine's xG Linear platform. Innovar's ad operations solutions, such as InnVue, connect buy and sell-side operations and workflows by automating creative instructions and streamlining media distribution to reduce operational expenses. The company's consultancy services complement Imagine's professional services capabilities with additional expertise and knowledge of media workflows and technology.
