BlackArrow, which was bought by Cross MediaWorks in August, has reappeared in company with Cadent, a provider of media, advertising technology and data solutions for the pay TV industry. Cadent announced the formation of a new division, Cadent Technology, which will merge the technology teams of BlackArrow and Cadent Network, a national TV advertising media solutions provider, to expand the types of ad technology products and services Cadent can provide pay TV service providers, advertisers and programming partners.

In the new structure, Cadent Technology will focus on developing addressable, cross-platform advertising and data solutions that support BlackArrow's new and existing customers, while Cadent Network will continue to encompass Cadent's media solutions.
