NetScout Buys Tektronix, Part of Fluke

NetScout Systems (NASDAQ:NTCT) has completed the acquisition of Danaher Corp.'s (NYSE:DHR) Communications Business, which includes Tektronix, Arbor Networks and the enterprise arts of the Fluke Networks businesses. The transaction, valued at $2.3 billion, is intended to enable NetScout to offer a broader range of service assurance and cyber security solutions.
