Suddenlink Expands TiVo Streaming

Starting last week, Suddenlink expanded the availability of the TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) Stream service, which allows customers to stream TV shows around the house wirelessly on iPod Touch, iPads and iPhones, and also transfer DVR-recorded programs to the same mobile devices for later viewing on the go. Android devices and access to VOD content will be added later.Suddenlink now offers TiVo Stream in Abilene, Amarillo, Andrews, Big Spring, Canyon, Floydada, Lubbock, Midland, Plainview, Post, San Angelo, Snyder and Sweetwater, TX; Clovis, NM; and Greenville, Kinston, New Bern, Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Williamston and Washington, NC. The MSO expects to launch TiVo Stream in additional markets in the near future.
