The Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) announced the acquisition of Dallas-based M&S Technologies, a specialist provider of cyber and network security solutions. The acquisition is intended to broaden the technology capabilities and client portfolio of Kudelski Security, the Kudelski Group's cybersecurity division.

André Kudelski, Kudelski Group chairman and CEO, said: "Providing global cybersecurity solutions is a strategic part of the Group's future growth. To achieve our goals, we have a multi-dimensional approach, including technological excellence and geographic expansion. The addition of M&S broadens our technical capabilities and provides us a strong foothold in the South Central region of the U.S."

Kudelski Security's integrated solution portfolio includes advisory services, managed security services, IoT security and custom research and development. Kudelski Security plans to launch a new Cyber Fusion Center in the United States in the coming months.
