The Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) announced the acquisition of Dallas-based M&S Technologies, a specialist provider of cyber and network security solutions. The acquisition is intended to broaden the technology capabilities and client portfolio of Kudelski Security, the Kudelski Group's cybersecurity division.

Kudelski Security's integrated solution portfolio includes advisory services, managed security services, IoT security and custom research and development. Kudelski Security plans to launch a new Cyber Fusion Center in the United States in the coming months.
