FCC: Broadband Progress Good, But not Good Enough

According to a report by the FCC, the nation has made significant progress expanding high-speed Internet access in recent years, but further implementation of major reforms newly adopted by the Commission is required before broadband will be available to the approximately 19 million Americans - including 14.5 million in rural areas - who still lack access. The FCC's Eighth Broadband Progress Report is available at http://www.fcc.gov/reports/eighth-broadband-progress-report.
