Harris will demonstrate its new Targeted Advertising platform to fuse linear and non-linear media worlds at both shows. The platform is designed for interactive, targeted and addressable advertising and provides traffic and billing functionality to linear and non-linear scheduling (VOD, digital out-of-home, streaming media).
Features include an integrated Campaign Manager module; workflow to manage consolidated billing and stewardship across all platforms; enhanced ad placement for addressable, targeted positioning through placement separation, placement priority and target audience; and analytics and actionable information.
The demos will also include interoperability with Harris traffic and billing systems, including OSi-CableNet and Novar. The demos at the CableLabs Interop are expected to support SCTE-130 2010 and SCTE 130-2009 for the management of dynamic advertising. Harris plans to demonstrate its support of the CableLabs Emulator, designed to validate equipment's SCTE-130 compliance prior to purchase.
