The blogosphere is hopping with the news that AT&T has instituted the bandwidth caps that it announced in March. According to several sources, the telco reportedly is capping DSL service at 150 GB per month and U-verse at 250 GB per month. Exceeding the caps three times brings a fee of $10 per 50 GB over the limit.
