Suddenlink is beginning to establish usage caps on its residential Internet accounts. The caps are based on service speed, with 10 Mbps and lower service capped at 150 GB, 10-20 Mbps capped at 250 GB, and greater than 20 Mbps capped at 350 GB. The caps aren't effective yet in all areas. Customer accounts will not be billed for exceeding the cap until the third overage. On the third and subsequent overages, the monthly allowance will be increased in installments of 50 GB at a cost of $10 per installment.
