The SCTE will bring together executives from four continents to present a worldwide view of cable at the annual Expo International Breakfast on Nov. 17 in Atlanta.A panel including representatives from Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States will discuss opportunities in the international marketplace during the 8 a.m. breakfast. Daniel Howard, SCTE senior vice president and CTO, will moderate the event. Panelists include:
