The FCC plans to hold a public workshop to explore the Commission’s role in protecting the privacy of consumers who use broadband Internet access services. The workshop will be held on April 28 starting at 10 a.m. at FCC headquarters in Washington, DC.
Two panels will examine privacy implications associated with broadband Internet access services and the application of Section 222 of the Communications Act to broadband services.
