UK-based Technetix announced completion of the acquisition of the assets of the ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) Supplies Division, formerly TeleWire Supplies. Technetix has integrated the ARRIS Supplies business into its existing USA operations in Denver, while also retaining ARRIS Supplies' existing operations in Cary, NC.
The transaction is intended to expand Technetix' footprint in the Americas and accelerate its growth in the Americas cable market. The deal was first announced in July.
