Concurrent Adds ATIS Support for CDNs

Concurrent Logo 250x110Concurrent (NASDAQ:CCUR) announced that it has implemented support for the ATIS IPTV Interoperability Forum (IIF) interface specifications for content delivery networks (CDNs) on its MediaHawk Unified CDN products. Concurrent has implemented the ATIS C2 and common trick file specifications in its latest Unified CDN software release.

The MediaHawk VX consists of software modules designed to support origin, intermediate caching, and edge streaming functions for traditional and Internet-based video services. Modules may be used together to form an end-to-end CDN or individually as part of a content delivery ecosystem. The ATIS IIF specifications are intended to provide an open standards framework for integrating CDN solution components from multiple vendors.
