Kevin Morgan, chief marketing officer at Clearfield, was elected as the new chair of the board as the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) elected its 2022 board of directors.
Morgan will serve a one-year term beginning January 1, 2022, when the term end for the current chair, Katie Espeseth, vice president of new products at utility-based service provider EPB of Chattanooga, TN.
In addition to Morgan and Espeseth, the 2022 board of directors will include:
- Vice Chair: Joseph “JJ” Jones, executive vice president, On Trac, Inc.
- Secretary: Jimmy Todd, CEO and general manager, Nex-Tech
- Treasurer: Joe Jensen, director, Americas market development, Corning
- Joanne Hovis, president, CTC Technology & Energy
- Mark Boxer, technical manager – solutions and applications engineering, OFS
- Scott Jackson, national market manager – broadband, Graybar
- Ben Moncrief, senior vice president – strategic relations and managing director - Alabama, C Spire.
Todd, Jackson, and Moncrief are newly elected board members, each of whom will serve three-year terms.
As of December 31, 2021, Gregg Logan, vice president of engineering at C Spire, will leave the board but will begin a five-year term on the FBA’s Senior Council with Mike Hill, CEO of On Trac, Inc.
