Teleste will showcase its solutions for video content delivery and live content processing at IBC2018 in Amsterdam, with a focus on headend solutions and remote PHY.

The Teleste Luminato headend platform is designed for content reception, live content processing and video transmission over traditional HFC networks, and is also designed to support remote PHY-based network architectures. It receives content from various sources and then descrambles and re-organizes it for network delivery with either CATV, OTT and/or IPTV applications.

The new Dense modulator to the Teleste Luminato headend platform is designed to allow up to 24 QAM channels per module, together with Luminato satellite, terrestrial, cable, IP and DVB-ASI receivers in one chassis. It's designed for both traditional HFC and distributed access networks.

The company's DAN300 DOCSIS 3.1-capable remote PHY device with RF overlay is designed for deployment of distributed network architecture.
