Teleplan announced the opening of its Dallas set-top box (STB) service hub offering a "Telemade" Repair Avoidance solution for U.S.-based STB customers. The hub incorporates S3 Group's StormTest Decision Line technology for automated STB testing and screening solutions. As part of the solution, Teleplan will also manage the forward and reverse logistics and repair of STBs.
