Com Hem Deploys Harmonic Edge QAM

Swedish cable operator Com Hem has selected Harmonic's (NASDAQ:HLIT) NSG 9000 HectoQAM solution as its service edge QAM to increase the speed of its data services and add new multiscreen services based on TiVo technology. Com Hem plans to use the platform to deliver VOD content as well as high-speed data services to approximately 1.8 million households.
