Convoy 360° Analytics is intended to present in a single system real-time and historical business information describing network quality, user experience, and content popularity for any video distribution architecture, business model, client device, or service offering. The system allows users to create dashboards supporting customizable widgets. Three pre-prepared dashboards are included as standard: Network Operations for monitoring network performance and planning capacity upgrades, Service Operations for use by customer service teams and Content & Viewers for program and service marketing. A library of more than 30 additional, pre-prepared widgets is also included to illustrate potential and facilitate customization.
Within each dashboard, users can filter by region, distribution, format, devices, content provider and ISP and present the data as a variety of charts, tables or geographical maps. The system also includes support for data export or integration to third-party data processing systems via an open API.
