Qorvo QPC3614 75-ohm 5-1,500 MHz Digital Step Attenuator

The DOCSIS 3.1-ready QPC3614 is a 75-ohm 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that features high linearity over the entire 31.5 dB gain control range in 0.5 dB steps and has an insertion loss of 1.2 dB at 1 GHz.

The QPC3614 features three modes of control: serial, latched parallel and direct parallel programming. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance. This ensures that switching does not interrupt the video stream and prevents picture artifacts or distortion. The QPC3614 is available in a 20-pin 4x4x0.90-mm QFN package. The QPC3614 helps cable equipment providers, multiple-system operators (MSOs) and cable operators reduce operational expenses by reducing service calls and resources, the company adds.
