Suddenlink has launched its first 300 Mbps Internet service in Austin, TX-area communities Leander and Pflugerville, with Georgetown planned to follow later this summer. The DOCSIS 3.0-based service features 300 Mbps downstream and 15 Mbps upstream. Georgetown, Leander, and Pflugerville were also the first to get Suddenlink's 107 Mbps service in March 2010.

Suddenlink will offer its 300 Mbps service to all of its residential customers in Leander and Pflugerville, not just selected neighborhoods. The MSO has also activated nearly half of approximately 200 WiFi access points planned for Georgetown, Leander and Pflugerville.
