Texas-based service provider Grande Communications has completed transitioning its recently acquired Centrovision networks to Grande services. As part of Grande's recent acquisition of Temple, TX-based Centrovision, all neighborhood network upgrades have been completed, giving residents and businesses access to Grande services. The company says its services are now available in the central Texas communities of Temple, Belton, Salado, Troy, Morgan’s Point Resort, Moody, Rogers, Little River-Academy and Pendleton.

With all Centrovision customers transitioned over to Grande Communications services, residents in Grande's new service areas now have high-speed Internet speed options up to 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps and 400 Mbps; TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) with Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) and HBO GO access; more HD channels; Grande On Demand and Grande2Go; and phone service with unlimited calling in the United States and Mexico.

"Grande is deeply rooted in Texas, so it has been exciting for us to continue expansion throughout our home state and to bring advanced telecommunications services to these growing Texas communities," said Matt Rohre, senior vice president of operations and general manager for Grande Communications. "We are committed to that mission, and we look forward to being here for these communities now and in the future."

Grande acquired Centrovision last June and announced plans for the just completed network upgrades at that time.
