UCS is a data center platform intended to unite compute, network, storage access and virtualization into one system. The agreement also includes the ability to manage Cisco's Nexus IP switches with Imagine's Magellan Software-Defined Networking (SDN) Orchestrator.

It's designed to move all of the traditional integrated channel playout functions to the cloud, including automation, branding, graphics, master control and file server capabilities. The VersioCloud platform is powered by Zenium, a software engine for designing, deploying and managing extensible, customizable software-defined workflows.
