The Maxx program, which was announced in January 2014, is underway or has been completed in a dozen TWC markets so far. The MSO expects that approximately 45% of its Internet customers nationwide will have access to TWC Maxx Internet speeds by the end of this year, and more than 50% of its video subscribers will have access to all-digital video once the upgrades in the first 12 service areas are complete.
Company research from Los Angeles, New York City and Austin, TX - initial TWC Maxx areas where the upgrades are complete - indicates customer satisfaction trending upward year over year. Overall across those areas, the research indicates improvement in customer satisfaction with Internet speed, as well as reliability of Internet and video services.
