Cablevision (NYSE:CVC) will be raising the price of its high-speed Internet service by $5 per month in 2013, the service's first increase in a decade. The new pricing will result in an average increase of 3.2% on the monthly bills of Optimum Online customers who are not currently in a promotional package. Cablevision made no changes to the price of its video or phone products.
