TWC Bundles Add Cheap Global Calls

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) announced the launch of its first triple-play package with the Global Penny Phone Plan that features calling to landline phones in more than 40 countries for as little as one penny per minute and competitive rates to other parts of the world. The new offer includes digital TV, Internet and unlimited nationwide phone service.In other TWC news, the MSO is now offering one-hour arrival windows for residential installation and repair. The shortened arrival windows for installation and repair are currently available across Time Warner Cable systems in South Carolina and in the Charlotte, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Wilmington and Coastal areas in North Carolina. Greensboro repair appointments have also gone to one-hour windows, with installation being added in the coming weeks.
