Synacor Snaps Up SeaChange CTO

DaviSynacor (NASDAQ:SYNC) has appointed Steve Davi as senior vice president, software engineering. Davi brings expertise in cloud software engineering, digital media, HTML5, over-the-top, mobile, and advertising monetization models.Davi comes to Synacor from SeaChange International, where he spent 15 years, most recently as chief technology officer. Prior to SeaChange, Davi worked at Banyan Systems and Data General.
