This multi-service solution aims to reduce truck rolls, increase operational efficiency, and reduce churn by automatically and proactively detecting outages. The module, which works with ARRIS Assurance Solutions, accomplishes this by providing real-time visibility into the service delivery infrastructure, including up-to-the-minute health status on all aspects of the network.When other tools access the CMTS to determine network health, they increase the polling load on the CMTS and the density of devices per CMTS. And in the end, they may not be able to detect service failures.
