TWC Adds to App

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) has added new capabilities to its My TWC App, including mobile service appointment management and the ability to view/reschedule/cancel technician/service appointments via smartphone.The app update, available on both iOS and Android devices, also features mobile support for Visual Voicemail for TWC Home Phone customers with Voicemail subscriptions. Subs can now use the app to check and manage home phone voicemail, receive notifications for new home phone voicemails, and receive expanded help and support content (FAQ, contact us) from m.timewarnercable.com.
