Aug. 14, 2012
HomeFusion Broadband, a new service from Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ), is intended to provide high-speed in-home Internet access for homes in areas that traditionally have not had reliable access to high-speed Internet, such as rural areas. The service will be based on Verizon's 4G LTE network and is expected to provide data rates of 5 to 12 Mbps downstream and 2 to 5 Mbps upstream.
