SeaChange Adds Andrei Noppe as SVP/General Manager

NoppeSeaChange International today announced it has added to its European operations with the appointment of Andrei Noppe as senior vice president and general manager for the EMEA/APAC region. Noppe has held positions at several video service provider companies in Europe, most recently as executive vice president of the M7 Group S.A. in Luxemburg, which offers satellite and direct-to-home (DTH) TV services in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria under the brands CanalDigitaal, TV Vlaanderen, TeleSAT and AustriaSAT.
