According to Rogers Communications' (TSE:RCI) corporate blog, the Canadian MSO is preparing to launch a faster Internet tier. The new Ultimate Hi-Speed Internet plan, which will cost $122.99 (excluding modem) per month, is designed for up to 150 Mbps downstream and 10 Mbps upstream, with a 250 GB monthly usage allowance. The service is expected to launch in Ontario by the end of the year and to Atlantic region customers by early 2013.
