Envivio Ups Transcoding Speed

Envivio (NASDAQ:ENVI) has introduced version 3.50 of its on-demand transcoding software, Muse On-Demand. The new revision is designed to increase file-to-file transcoding speed up to 35%. It also offers integrated content protection, including support for PlayReady.The company's 4Balancer, when combined with Muse On-Demand, is designed to enable simultaneous processing of assets across a pool of up to 50 encoders. Muse On-Demand and 4Balancer are integrated with DRM platforms, workflow systems, content management systems (CMS) and quality control platforms. Both will be featured at IBC in Amsterdam.
