At the Cable Show, Comporium is featuring its Central Station Monitoring Service for the interactive security and home management system powered by iControl. Comporium's system centers on an interactive touch screen that can be customized with apps for Web content such as the news and weather forecasts in addition to the security system.Comporium offers the product as part of its Security Dealer Program, which now comprises more than 50 cable TV, telecommunications and electric utility clients representing 1 million customers. Comporium supports dealers with technical and sales know-how, as well as its UL certified Central Monitoring Station. The program also provides preferred pricing on equipment, business application and licensing assistance, and training and marketing support.
