Charter Names Bickham COO

Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) announced that John Bickham has joined the company effective April 30 as chief operating officer. In his new position, Bickham will be responsible for managing operations across Charter's footprint. A 26-year veteran of the cable industry, Bickham most recently served as president of cable and communications for Cablevision.Prior to joining Cablevision in 2004, Bickham worked for Time Warner Cable and KBLCOM. Bickham also serves on the Cable Center board and received the Vanguard Award for Cable Operations Management in 2007.
