Satview in a Buying Mood

Satview Broadband has signed a letter of intent to acquire another cable system, which it did not name, as the terms of the LOI are held confidential. The target cable system currently generates more than $3 million in annual revenue. Satview, headquartered in Reno, NV, is a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corp., and has been in operation for nine years. Satview has franchise systems in six markets.
