Convergys has entered a worldwide reseller agreement with Sigma Systems. Convergys will integrate Sigma Systems' OSS software solutions into the Convergys Smart Revenue Solutions Suite. The joint solutions are intended to provide communications and cable/broadband/satellite providers, in both residential and business markets, with advanced OSS and BSS software for the design, delivery and management of communications and entertainment services.
