The SCTE announced that more than a dozen exhibitors have committed to showcase the future of video delivery at the Spotlight Pavilion on Next-Generation Video Architecture at Cable-Tec Expo 2011.ARRIS, Cheetah Technologies, Cisco Systems, Elemental Technologies, Harmonic, Ineoquest, JDSU, MotorolaMobility, NDS, RGBNetworks, RuckusWireless, SeaChangeInternational and Verivue all have committed to the pavilion Nov. 15-17 in Atlanta. The exhibit will be a large-scale representation of the architectures, technologies and challenges that will be involved with the delivery of content from increasingly diverse sources to both tethered and untethered devices.The exhibitors will represent specific areas of cable operator infrastructures, including CDNs, off-network devices, headend configurations and home networks. Using a linear approach, the Next-Generation Video Architecture Pavilion will take Expo attendees on a "guided tour" of the paths video can take from source to destination.
