TWC Chooses Greenpacket Wireless Net Management

Mobile broadband and networking solution provider Greenpacket has signed an agreement with Time Warner Cable to provide its next generation connection management solutions.TWC will use customized versions of Greenpacket's Intouch Connection Manager (ICM), Intouch Reporting Server and Intouch Update Server for its Windows and Mac platforms. Greenpacket's suite of Intouch solutions is expected to enhance the connectivity experiences of end-users as they move across Time Warner Cable's multiple wireless broadband networks. The solutions are also expected to enable the operator to more efficiently manage and monitor access to its networks while providing a richer user experience.
