Comcast is launching its high-speed wireless data service in the Sacramento area (including Davis, Elk Grove, Folsom and Roseville) as the company continues its nationwide rollout of XFINITY Internet 2go. Comcast launched the service in Stockton, Modesto, Lathrop and Visalia last month.The MSO is selling three different data cards and service plans:* XFINITY Internet 2go Metro (4G) service uses a 4G-only data card.* XFINITY Internet 2go Nationwide (3G) service uses a 3G-only data card.* XFINITY Internet 2go Nationwide Preferred (4G/3G) switches between available 4G and 3G networks.Comcast's 4G service will be provided via the Clearwire (www.clearwire.com) network, and its 3G service will be provided by Sprint's nationwide 3G network.
