At SCTE’s Expo next week in booth 1437, Concurrent (www.ccur.com) will be demonstrating its latest advancements in multi-screen video solutions, including user-generated, hyper-local and Internet-hosted video content directly to the TV, PC and mobile device. The new video delivery solutions are designed to streamline the ingest and distribution process between broadcast and Internet content providers, advertisers and service providers. It can be used to upgrade existing VOD systems or as part of a new system installation.Concurrent will be demonstrating the capability for subscribers to upload and publish user-generated content; the capability for hyper-local content to be self-uploaded and published; the ability to monetize local content by making it possible for local advertisers to create and upload their own ads; targeted, Internet-style banner ad-insertion into popular web videos and user-generated content; a customizable web interface; and video ingest and delivery for applications across multiple screens.
