    Microtune (www.microtune.com) has shipped more than 7.5 million wideband tuners for use in DOCSIS 3.0-based devices, according to the company. Microtune's MT2170 wideband tuner and its companion product, the MT1570 wideband upstream amplifier, are the company's prime D3 products. The company will be displaying DOCSIS 3.0-based products containing Microtune technology at SCTE (www.scte.org) Cable-Tec Expo next month.
