Panasonic Debuts Application Language

Panasonic's (www.panasonic.com) Ajax-CE is a JavaScript language designed to allow subscriber controlled access to IP content through graphical web-based applications. It is intended to provision an over-the-top solution within the existing cable infrastructure. Its applications are created and stored within the cable operators networks, can be edited live, and require only small amounts of bandwidth to download. Ajax-CE solutions are designed to be scalable, and application/set-top box integration is not required.
